By downloading, installing or using Easy Loan EMI Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Easy Loan EMI Calculator ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-brand devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the App; (b) modify or make derivative works based upon the App; (c) reverse engineer or access the App to build a competitive product or service; (d) copy any features, functions or graphics of the App.
Easy Loan EMI Calculator is a financial utility app that provides calculation tools including but not limited to EMI calculators, SIP calculators, FD/RD calculators, loan comparison tools and tax calculators. The App is available in two tiers: Free Tier: Includes access to basic EMI calculation features with advertisements. Premium Tier: Includes unlimited access to all calculators and tools, full amortization schedules, loan comparison, and an ad-free experience. Premium is available as a weekly auto-renewing subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.
Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms governing in-app purchases. Pricing: Premium is currently priced at $1.00 USD per week. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Restoration: If you previously subscribed, you can restore your purchase on the same Apple ID using the "Restore" option in the app. Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
IMPORTANT: Easy Loan EMI Calculator is a mathematical calculation tool for informational and educational purposes only. It does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. All results produced by the App are estimates based solely on the inputs you provide. Actual loan EMIs, investment returns and tax liabilities may differ due to factors including but not limited to: changes in interest rates, fees and charges imposed by lenders, applicable taxes, regulatory changes, market volatility, and individual financial circumstances. You should always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant or legal professional before making any financial decision. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on calculations from the App.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all calculation formulas used in the App. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the results are accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. EMI calculations use the standard reducing balance formula. Investment return calculations assume constant rates unless otherwise specified. Tax calculations are based on publicly available rate information and may not reflect the most current tax laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying all results with your lender, financial institution or tax authority before relying on them.
The App and all content, features and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the App except as necessary to use the App as described in these Terms. The "Easy Loan EMI Calculator" name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems; (d) use automated means to access or scrape the App; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
The App may contain advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (free tier only) and may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (a) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (b) ANY CALCULATIONS OR RESULTS PROVIDED BY THE APP; (c) ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP OUTPUT; (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP OR PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
